Our in-stock items ship the same day when ordered before 2 pm EST, this includes custom printed Tyvek and Chroma wristbands. For all other custom-printed items, please see the individual lead times noted on the product page and add to that, the shipping time. We offer free UPS Ground Shipping for all online orders of $100 and over. Free ground shipping is only applicable to the lower 48 States.

If you wish to return any ready-made or stock items, they must be returned within 31 days, undamages and in their original packaging. Please contact us so that we can send you a return form to complete and send back to us with your order.

For customized orders, we cannot accept returns unless there is aproblem with the order due to a production or manufacrturing fault. If there is a problem with your order due to goods being damaged or an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible.
