After your event, you will need to send the scanners back within the agreed upon timeframe. We will then provide you with a detailed report that includes data analytics, attendance metrics, and insights on user engagement.Is the shipping included or is that extra?
There’s a shipping fee not only for the credentials, but also the scanners. Those shipping fee’s will be included on your quote and the scanners will have a return label included in the case. You will be responsible to get the scanner case shipped back after the event.
