Those who need a more durable eco-friendly badge can also choose our Tear Proof event badge, printed on 250-micron recyclable synthetic paper, printed on both sides, and totally waterproof.

How To Design Custom Event Badges & Passes
Create your custom laminated badges with ease using our online badge designer. Please follow the steps below to make your own badges:
- Choose the material for the badge: We commonly use Hard PVC material for our custom event badges. But we also offer card stock as budget-friendly badge material. For the eco-conscious events, you can choose polypropylene as the badge material.
- Select your badge features: Select the width (2-3/4 x 4 inches or 3/5 inches) and finish (gloss or matte) of your laminated badge.
- Add security features to your badge: We offer serialization, Barcode and QR code options as security features for your custom badge. Speak to our experts if you would like to explore other security options such as Holographic foiling and RFID laminates. Also check out our range of badge holders and plastic pouches to safeguard your custom event passes.
- Add your artwork: By clicking the ‘Design Now button, you can add colors, text, logo, and any other artwork to your badge. Alternatively, If you would like to create your designs on Adobe photoshop, download our badge templates to add your creatives and upload them using the ‘Upload A Design’ option.
- Specify the Quantity: Once you have designed your custom laminated badges, select the number of event passes that you would like to order.
- Choose your shipping options: Lastly, select the shipping method to receive the custom badges at your preferred address. Please note that we offer rush service on certain badges and passes to ensure the order is delivered within 5-10 business days.

Our custom event pass designer has a choice of fonts and stock logos. You can also upload your own custom logos or text too. It's important to avoid overly-complicated or very small designs. Please remember that you have options to design both sides of the badge by toggling between the two sides on the badge designer.
